By accessing and using NotMailbox ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. NotMailbox is operated by Lysio Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

NotMailbox provides automated data broker removal services designed to protect your privacy by:

• Monitoring over 1000+ data brokers for your personal information
• Sending legally-binding removal requests on your behalf
• Providing continuous monitoring to prevent re-listing
• Reducing unwanted marketing emails and spam

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan

4. Authorization and Consent

By using our Service, you authorize NotMailbox to act as your agent to send removal requests to data brokers on your behalf. This authorization includes the right to submit opt-out requests, deletion requests, and other legally-binding communications to protect your privacy rights under applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.

5. Subscription and Payment

Our Service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Monthly subscriptions are billed at £12 per month
• Annual subscriptions are billed at £60 per year
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide comprehensive protection, please understand:

• We cannot guarantee 100% removal from all data brokers
• Some data brokers may not comply with removal requests
• New data brokers may emerge that are not yet in our monitoring system
• Complete elimination of all unwanted emails cannot be guaranteed
• Results may vary based on the extent of your data's distribution

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotMailbox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
